Spring is almost upon us! I’ve had an incredible year already – some extremely memorable dates, a trip to India and much much more. I’m going to be adjusting my working practices soon, prioritising longer dates where we can get to know each other. I’m keen to build some deeper connections this year and I can’t wait to lean into a way of being which feels more authentic and relaxed.
Each month, I’ll be curating a list of places I’d like to visit, things I’d like to do…and people I’d love to play with – with a view to co-creating experiences which bring out the best in both of us.
I’ll be prioritising those who take advantage of this, so if you’re keen to see me, I’d suggest getting in touch sooner rather than later. As ever for those keen for last minute availability and shorter bookings, my Telegram channel is the best place to be!
Restaurant of the Month
Each month, I’m going to be picking a restaurant on my wishlist as my restaurant of the month. Anyone taking me for dinner here will be given a highly preferential rate (along with an extremely enthusiastic dinner companion) to reflect my desire to try some new places and dishes this summer!
This month, I’m very keen to visit KOL, a Michelin starred modern Mexican restaurant in Marylebone, from Chef Patron Santiago Lastra. I’ve visited the Mezcaleria at KOL for drinks and I was blown away by both the quality and the creativity. Since then this place has been high up on my wishlist and I’ve just never managed to make it there. Mexico is somewhere with a very special place in my heart, following a trip in 2019 and some beautiful connections formed then.

April’s Dream Duo – Nikki Darling
To say I’m obsessed with Nikki would be an understatement. In the few years I’ve known her, she’s become an incredibly close friend – we’ve shared kisses, secrets, stories and much much more. She’s a true force of nature, and sexy in a way which makes you feel instantly at ease, until she decides to flip the switch and bring you to your knees – which she’s done to me more times than I can count!
Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a raucous afternoon fling, my April duo dreams definitely involve this woman. This month is also her birthday – truly, what better way to celebrate? Cultural Connections
Another of my resolutions this year was to visit more exhibitions and galleries. I’ve had a lot of fun doing this but London is truly over-flowing with cultural offerings.
The Cult of Beauty at the Wellcome Collection closes at the end of April, and so this is top of my date ‘to-do’ list this month. This exhibition explores notions of beauty across time and cultures, and I’ve heard excellent reviews. I’ve always had a fascination with theories of beauty and aesthetics – working as a companion, you’re forced to confront this in a way which many others never do, and so I’m really keen to see how the curators have explored this.
“Around the world, beauty is constantly seen as an ideal worthy of going to great lengths to achieve. But what are the driving forces that lead us to believe in a myth of universal beauty, despite its evolving nature?”
I’d suggest a stroll around this followed by lunch at nearby Decimo to pick apart all the finer points?
Dream Date – Extended Edition!
And finally – each month I’ll be suggesting a extended date for those who are keen to start building some deeper connections. This would be a chance for us to start growing something authentic, genuine and magical together.
In April, I’m dreaming of a gastronomic getaway at the Hand and Flowers in Marlow.
This is inclusive of a two night stay for two guests in one of their individually-styled cottage rooms, a three-course à la carte dinner at The Hand & Flowers, an eight dish dinner at their sister pub The Coach, full English breakfast each morning, a bottle of The Hand & Flowers sparkling wine, a signed copy of The Hand & Flowers Cookbook and, to top it all off, a £50 voucher for The Butcher’s Tap & Grill in Marlow!
