Cancellation Policy

My diary can be a busy place, but I like to make time for those who know the value of it. Therefore, in order to avoid either of us wasting precious hours, once you make a booking, I require a deposit of approximately 20% of the total booking fee to confirm the date. This allows me commit fully to my sessions in advance, knowing that they are firmly fixed in both our diaries.

I accept bank transfers, e-gift cards, and crypto currency. I require any travel fees to be paid for, in full, in advance of the booking.

No-one likes to cancel, but sometimes, it’s unavoidable. I very much understand that schedules do change, so if you need to cancel an appointment with me, please try and do so with as much advance notice as possible.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, I ask for a 50% cancellation fee, which can be put towards a future meeting, made within the next month. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I require the full fee paid as a cancellation fee. Without this, I’m afraid I won’t be able to make another booking with you.

It is extremely rare that I cancel bookings. However, if I must do so, I will contact you and suggest a few alternative dates. If none of these work, I will refund any amount paid toward the booking using bank transfer. If I must cancel due to you displaying unsafe behaviour, any money paid toward the booking will not be refunded.
